Please be aware that ABA Events and our official partner hotels will never contact you directly to book accommodations or request payment information. If you receive a phone call, email and/or message from someone claiming to represent a hotel or the event — especially if they request immediate payment, credit card details or offer discounted rates — this is a scam. All hotel reservations should be made only through the official booking link or contact information provided on this webpage. If you are contacted by anyone offering to book your hotel room on behalf of the event, do not respond or provide any personal or payment information.
